Meet our people

Here you'll find stories of several employees from all over the world. Each one has a different experience. Find out how they experience the work and atmosphere at Holland Colours and which core values they identify with the most.

Pascal de Vries

Pascal de Vries is 47 years old. He started at HCA Apeldoorn when he was 19 years and more than 25 years later he works as Production Team Leader.

‘’Working hard is important, but it is certainly just as important to enjoy your work. Without having fun at work and with your colleagues, you won't keep up the hard work for long.’’

April Koons

April Koons, 31, has been working as a production worker at Holland Colours America’s for three years. She admits that while the work can be tough, the strong team dynamic and positive atmosphere make it extra enjoyable.

‘’Just because you don't have the experience doesn't mean that you can't learn it. I think as long as you're willing to learn and you have that willpower, I feel like anybody can do it as long as you're willing to do it.’’

Erick Prasetyo Wicaksono and Estu Yoga Elmi Gesa

Erick Prasetyo Wicaksono, 28, has been working at HCA Asia for 7 years, while Estu Yoga Elmi Gesa, 30, has been with Holland Colours for 2 years. Both serve as Product Development Specialists, collaborating closely in their roles.

"From the moment I step into Holland Colours, I'm greeted with inclusivity. The diverse team brings different perspectives that are not only welcomed but celebrated."

Kara Smith

Kara Smith is 35 and has been with Holland Colours America for five years. She has worked in many different positions at Holland Colours. In her current position, she works in inside sales/customer service, which she really enjoys.

"I think our collaboration here highlights the unique difference in our company that sets us apart from other places."

Andre Setiawan

Andre Setiawan has worked for Holland Colours for 30 years. He works as Export Manager for South East Asia, South Korea and Japan. He has also been part of the global marketing team at Holland Colours since 2024.

‘’To work successfully as a team, it is important that everyone has the same goal. Even if we all come from different directions, we work for the same goal.’’

Maroesja Klomp

Maroesja Klomp is 49 years old and has been working at Holland Colours in Apeldoorn for almost 25 years. She works in Inside sales and Holland Colours' marketing department.
