What you'll be doing
Main Work
As Product Development Technician at Holland Colours Americas Inc., you will be the specialist in weathering studies. You will collect data on a weekly basis to improve our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating test samples for weathering studies;
- Supporting product development specialists through the testing of pigments, additives, and other materials;
- Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, protocols and quantitative analysis;
- Optimizing the scalability of our products through formulations and machinery;
- Coordinating the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Job criteria
Are you ready to create the best experience of colorants and additives for customers? As Product Development Technician at Holland Colours Americas Inc., you’ll need:
- A high school diploma/GED;
- One or two years of experience in a lab or production setting;
- An interest in science and analytical mindset;
- Experience with machinery is advantageous, including extruders, 2-roll mills, injection molders, blow molders, compression molders, and dissolvers.
