- Providing ongoing education and training on HSE policies, procedures, and practices to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Audits and inspections
Responsibilities
- Advise to leader related to all environmental, health and safety aspects
- Implement environmental, health and safety standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure company operations are meeting the safety applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Create awareness and safety culture throughout the organization to ensure safety practices are consistently implemented and maintained with a zero work-related injury objective.
- Conduct safety, healthy, and environment audits to identify workplace hazard and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions and submit safety report monthly
- Investigate accidents, complete and verify accident reports, and liaise to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence and recommend mitigation actions to be taken when necessary.
- Commit and active in implementing QHSE/ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001
- Educate and train employee about safety, health, and environment to ensure comply with the organization's safety and environment policies
- Participate on safety and environment toolbox meeting.
- Responsible for all environmental compliance including Waste management, Air Permits, Waste Water Permits

Are you ready to play a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement within organizations, this is what you’ll need to bring:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably major in Environmental Engineering / Public Health from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the HSE position or Supervisor in Manufacture industry
- Holder of Health and Safety General Expert from Ministry of Labor (Ahli K3 Umum)
- Certified in SMK3 would be an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Qpulse, etc
- Excellent knowledge of legislation and safety standard.
- Familiar with assessment from ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others.
- Able to communicate in English both oral & written
