What will you be doing?
As Sales Manager at Holland Colours, you’ll focus on the increasing revenue and gaining high profit for defined area (east area).
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible as the head of sales in the East team, manage the local sales team members.
- Ensure optimal handling of questions and orders from customers.
- Maintaining business relationships with customers
- Manages the team of Customer Service / Sales Desk in the East. Takes care of internal administrative communication.
- Prepare and review annual budget for area of responsibility. Meet and achieve strategic budget of the designated region.
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities to grow.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople. Manage the local sales team.
- Carries out and monitors order entry, handling of customer's queries, handling of customer's complaint, customer's credit limits, etc.
- To implement the standard quality management system integration, according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

- Min. Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience in the same level (Manager Level)
- Ability to prepare relevant management reports and management of customers' record
- Knowledge in ISO 9001; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system
- Min bachelor's degree all Major
- Strong experience in Plastic Industry, Masterbatch, Colorant, PET Recycling, Additive etc.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performancec sales team
- Excellent communication skills and professional business acumens
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
