About Holland Colours
Our employees are co-owners of the company. This is rooted in our culture: employees are engaged and in it for the long term. With this employee participation model, we are independent, and we can guarantee that we are living our purpose: helping our clients find a better way by working together. When things don’t go as planned, we always find new ways of working together. That is why we value accountability. If you take responsibility for what you do, things will work out in the end. You may work with a lot of freedom because we trust each other as colleagues. Decisions are made quickly because we are a relatively small company. This helps when we want to move fast in the changing additives and colorant industry.
